Welcome to the CJA Systems website

The website exists to distribute applications which have been developed, mostly using Office productivity software, and which we have found to be useful in our working lives.

Our background is mostly in construction, although the first title was developed for a substantial construction dispute. Other titles will be added in due course.

Is it free?

Some of the applications are completely free. We do make a small charge for other more complex systems, although we allow a generous period of free use, typically 1 to 3 months. If we are asking our users to change the way they work, we don’t expect them to commit themselves after 2 weeks. As we are small and new, we currently can only offer PayPal as a method of payment.

None of our applications will lock in your data. As far as we are concerned, the data belongs to the user. If you use one of our systems and decide not to buy it at the end of the period of free use (we hope you will, of course), you will still have the data.

Privacy

For paid for applications, all we keep is your email address. This is stored away from the website, and enables us to distribute your licence, and to keep track of who has bought our systems. We are not currently circulating offers, news etc. If we start doing this we will ask your permission.
